IMPORTANT VACCINE CLINIC UPDATE
PAWS Atlanta is moving to appointment-based Vaccine Clinics starting July 26 to help make visits more organized and efficient for pets and their people.
On Sunday, July 12, the Vaccine Clinic will operate under our current walk-in process. No appointment is needed for this clinic. Clients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis, up to 40 clients.
Beginning with our Sunday, July 26 Vaccine Clinic, all clinic visits will be by appointment only. Appointments must be requested in advance using the online appointment request form.
To request an appointment for the July 26 clinic or any future Vaccine Clinic, please complete the appointment request form. Appointment requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details.
Please note that submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from PAWS Atlanta.

Vaccine Clinic Information
PAWS Atlanta offers low-cost Vaccine Clinics several times per month. Clinics begin at 10am and are held select Sundays at our facility located at 5287 Covington Highway, Decatur, Georgia 30035.
*All clients must pay with a debit or credit card. No cash or checks will be accepted. Please bring your own water for your pets while you wait.
Vaccine clinics are not hosted in inclement weather, including rain. Any cancellations will be announced by 6pm the day before the scheduled clinic. Please check this webpage or our social media pages for updates.
A few helpful tips:
- We ask that you stay on-site at PAWS Atlanta while you wait.
- For best control of your dog, we ask that you do not use retractable leashes. All dogs must be leashed or in a secure carrier/crate.
- For the safety of your cats, please bring them in secure carriers.
- We are unable to vaccinate your pet if they are ill. You are welcome to return to the clinic once your pet is well.
- We do not keep vaccination records for non-shelter animals due to space constraints. Please keep the vaccination records you receive.
- We can add microchip & nail clipping services for an extra charge.
- You can purchase flea/tick preventatives and heartworm preventatives at a discounted rate during your visit. Please note: TO PURCHASE HEARTWORM PREVENTATIVES, YOU MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE HEARTWORM TEST DONE BY PAWS ATLANTA VETERINARY STAFF WITHIN THE LAST YEAR. No exceptions.
- Debit and all major credit cards are accepted.
- We charge an additional $3 medical waste disposal fee for safe removal of syringes.
