Fig is a three-year-old Alaskan Malamute mix. She's a magical whippersnapper and rabblerouser of the highest order. This flirty girl makes no apologies for her complete inability to social distance. She doesn't see what the harm is with a little licky-licky. And, Fig has a point. So, licky-licky it is.

 

Fig's original owners had to give her up when they were moving, and she's been at PAWS Atlanta ever since. She loves to be social, so the shelter can be hard for her. She is currently placed with a foster family but will be returning to PAWS Atlanta soon. Her ideal family would be one without children, without other pets, and with someone who can give her lots of exercise. Her size and energy level make it challenging for her to be gentle with others. Fig is very large and very friendly but wouldn't get along well with any other cats or dogs.
