Delaney joined the PAWS Atlanta team a few months ago, and she's become an incredible part of our team! She takes the time to love on our long-term animals and is always willing to pitch in wherever she's needed. Get to know a little about Delaney and her journey to PAWS Atlanta!

Why did you decide to join the PAWS Atlanta team?

I decided to join PAWS Atlanta because of my own love for animals and desire to feel part of something bigger than myself. From my phone interview to working interview and every day since, I've noticed the overwhelming care and work ethic of my fellow team members. The dedication I read about before I started working here and have witnessed since makes me beyond proud to be part of this team. I'm also in school for canine massage and wanted to be near as many pups as possible as I study!

Where did you work before PAWS Atlanta?

Before PAWS I worked as a (human) massage therapist in Buckhead.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy playing music, photography, reading, spending time with my family and dogs, and everything true crime.

Who's your favorite animal at PAWS Atlanta right now?

My favorite animal at PAWS Atlanta from day one has been Big Sky (pictured in the staff photo above).

Anything else you'd like to share?

I have so much gratitude for the people I get to work with. I'm inspired daily to do everything I can for each animal we get to love.
