How to Help

If you can’t adopt now but would still like to help our dogs, donate to their daily care. You can also foster, which allows animal lovers to welcome healthy dogs and cats into their home and provide socialization in a warm and friendly environment.

From March 13-28, PAWS Atlanta will be offering limited services and programs due to renovations. Our front desk team will still be available to assist clients via phone and email as well as in person at our main shelter building. Adoptions will be strictly appointment-only, and we will not be accepting walk-ins. All potential adopters must submit an application and make a confirmed appointment with our team before coming to meet animals. 

To set up an appointment, complete an adoption application.

When you adopt from PAWS Atlanta, all pets are healthy, spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.

Adoption Fees

  • $275

    for dogs under one year old

  • $250

    for all dogs over one year old

  • $175

    for a dog who is seven years old and up

  • 15% discount

    • Senior citizens (65+ years old)
    • Active or retired military personnel
    • First responders
