Dr. Erica is originally from Louisville, KY. With over 19 years’ experience in veterinary medicine, she completed undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville. She then graduated from Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.
Dr. Erica began her career in veterinary medicine at the early age of 15, where she worked as a kennel tech and vet assistant for Middletown Animal Clinic. She most recently practiced at Blairsville Animal Hospital in the North Georgia Mountains then seized the opportunity to serve Atlanta’s community by forming the new PAWS Atlanta veterinary hospital.
Dr. Erica is our resident Dr. Dolittle. All the animals are drawn to her (and the staff thinks she’s alright too). She enjoys spending time outside of work trying new restaurants, reading, crafting, attending concerts and lectures, and listening to live music with her wife, Hannah. When Dr. Erica succumbs to hanger, Hannah keeps her happy as a chef preparing delicious snacks and meals. Dr. Erica is equally talented in the art of baking, leaving her coworkers begging for more tasty cakes. Dr. Erica and Hannah share their home with one dog, Grover, and two cats, Boone Trout and Luna Tuna.
